Terms & Conditions of the UNITED KINGDOM Promotion

By entering this Promotion, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.


  1. The Promotion is organised by AB InBev UK Limited T/A Budweiser Brewing Group (company number: 3982132), Bureau, 90 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1EN (the "Promoter").

  2. The Promotion is open to all residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18+, excluding employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, its associated agents or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of the Promotion.

  3. Purchase is necessary for entry. Unique Wincode or receipt upload required for entry. Please retain your itemised till receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry and/or the promotional packaging featuring the Unique Wincode inside pack as these may be required for validation and in order for the winner to claim their Prize(s). Internet access and a valid email address are required.

  4. Whilst we want you to enjoy this promotion, we discourage overconsumption. Please do not consume more product than the recommended UK government guidelines. The Promoter encourages responsible drinking and would direct consumers to read for more information.

Promotional Period: 

  1. Purchase and enter between 00:01 BST on 1st April 2024 and closes at 23:59 BST on 31st August 2024 (the "Promotional Period").

How to Enter:

  1. Purchase a 4 x 330ml, 6 x 330ml, 12 x 330ml or 18 x 330ml bottle pack of Corona, with the promotion advertised on pack, from a participating store including Aldi, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Waitrose, Tesco, Co-Op, BestOne and Others (the “Participating Retailers”);

  2. Scan the QR code on pack or go online to

  3. Enter your full name and email address, along with your Unique Wincode (found on the inside of the promotional pack) or upload an image of your itemised till receipt and select which Participating Retailer you purchased from (listed in clause 6 above).

  4. If you are a winner, you will instantly receive a message on screen showing which Prize you have won. You will be required to claim your Prize instantly online by providing your details, including full postal address (including postcode), email address and mobile number.

  5. All valid UK entries within the promotional period will also be entered into the Holiday Prize Draw (relevant to the Participating Retailer selected at entry) at the close of the promotion.

  6. Entries are limited to a maximum of one per Unique Wincode.

  7. Wincodes are printed on the inside of promotional packs.

  8. Receipts may only be used once.

  9. Entries are limited to one play per person per day.

  10. Prizes are limited to a maximum of one Prize type per person.

  11. A person is defined by name, address, mobile number and email address and the combination needs to be unique to a single participant for a Prize claim to be valid. Winners are provisional at point of win/claim and subject to Prize claim verification to qualify win.

Instant Win Winner Selection

  1. There are 2,001 instant win Prizes available to be won in total. The winners will be selected randomly via predetermined Winning Moments throughout the Promotional Period. The first entrant to enter their details or make a valid entry on or after the occurrence of a Winning Moment will be awarded the allocated Prize, subject to verification. Prizes are distributed in the order determined by the Winning Moments and roll over, so if no one makes a valid entry on or after a Winning Moment and another Winning Moment passes before the next valid entry, the available Prize for the first Winning Moment will be won. E.g. If a Winning Moment is set for 23:59 one day, an entry submitted on 00.01 the next day will capture that Winning Moment and will be allocated the Prize. If there are no entries received within a given period between two or more Winning Moments, the first unallocated Prize will be rolled forward and awarded to the next available entrant.

Holiday Prize Draw Winner Selection:

  1. 9 x Holiday Prize Draws, 1 per Participating Retailer, will be held within 3 days of the close date of the Promotion.

  2. Holiday Prize Draw winners will be drawn from all valid UK entries received during the Promotional Period. Winners will be drawn by an automated computerised program under the supervision of an independent adjudicator.

  3. The Holiday Prize Draw winners will be contacted via email using the email address they submitted upon entry, within 3 days of the Draws. Winners will be required to respond to the winning email notification within 10 days of the email being sent in order to claim their Prize. If a winner does not claim their Prize, the Prize will be forfeited and will be reallocated to a reserve winner, drawn at the same time. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

  2. Holiday Prize Draw:
    1. 9 x Corona Island trips , 1 trip per Participating Retailer including Aldi, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Waitrose, Tesco, Co-Op, BestOne and Others.
      1. Each winner will win 1 x 5-night trip to Corona Island for themselves and one guest including transport, accommodation and meals.
      2. Corona Island is situated off the coast of Colombia, South America.
      3. The trip will take place in December 2024. Further details and exact date will be communicated to the winners at the time of their win notification.

Delivery of the Instant Win Prizes:

  1. If you have won a Corona branded Cap, your Prize will be delivered to the address provided upon entry within 28 days of your Prize claim. When entering a delivery address in Great Britain, the address details may be passed to and verified against Royal Mail’s PAF® service to help ensure successful fulfilment. The Promoter will not dispatch any Prizes to virtual GB addresses such as, but not limited to AddressPal, Mail Boxes etc, Ghost Mail or OOH Pod.

  2. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any Prize which is lost in transit or unable to be delivered for whatever reason.

  4. If you have won a Voucher, your Prize will be delivered by SMS to the mobile number provided upon Prize claim, within 28 days.

Holiday Terms and Conditions:

  1. Not all areas of the island are accessible for those with limited ability to walk or in wheelchairs.

  2. Due to the remote location, travel to and from the island is restricted to the use of boats, which may not be suitable for those with mobility conditions.

  3. If the island cannot be reached due to adverse weather conditions, an alternative trip to Cartagena will take place.

  4. Due to the level of insurance premiums due to the limited medical facilities on the island, an additional $10,000 premium will be imposed on any Winner who is pregnant at the time of taking the Prize. Payment of the premium is the sole responsibility of the Winner. Alternatively, the Winner can opt to decline the Prize and no compensation or alternative prize will be offered.

  5. Certain parts of the Prize may require particular levels of health or fitness. Entrants should ensure that they are capable of meeting the required standards. Further details will be made available to the Winners prior to booking.

  6. The Prize will consist of a 5-day, 4-night trip for the winner and their guest and The Prize will be arranged by email/phone between the Prize fulfilment agency and the Winner. The Prize fulfilment agency will make all reasonable efforts to provide the Winner with details of the Prize and an itinerary at the earliest possible opportunity. The Prize fulfilment agency will liaise with the Winner via a telephone conversation initially to discuss the dates and all other elements of the trip that need to be arranged. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the Prize is organised. Once the Prize details including dates, locations and (where applicable) activities are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by the Winner.

  7. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.

  8. The Winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the holiday or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.

  9. If a Prize is cancelled or rejected by the Winner, no alternative Prize will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.

  10. The Winner and their guest will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the Winner and their guest. In the event that the Winner or their guest are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation or other Prize will be provided.

  11. Guests must be over the age of 18 at the time of organising the Prize.

  12. The Winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.

  13. The Winner must inform the Promoter of any dietary requirements or allergens for themselves and their guest by 4 weeks prior to attending Corona Island.

  14. All elements of the Prize package must be taken as part of the same trip.

  15. The Prize will be forfeited if:
    1. the Winner or the guest have not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;
    2. the Winner or their guest have any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling to, or within, Colombia; or
    3. the Winner or their guest have any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from accepting and participating in the Prize.

  16. It is the responsibility of the Winner and their guest to check any travel advisories issued by a Government, to determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the destination. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any Winner or their guest arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by a Government. The Winner and their guest must comply with and are responsible for obtaining all information regarding any recommended inoculation or vaccination and obtaining the inoculation(s) or vaccination(s), including but not limited to Covid vaccinations, and health regulations, including but not limited to PCR tests, required to fly into Colombia.

  17. Return transfers from the Winner's home to the local international airport are not included.

  18. It will be the Winner's and their guest's responsibility to take out, at their own cost, all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.

  19. The Winner and their guest must abide by and are subject to the Airline's published Conditions of Carriage.

  20. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with the Promoter's/any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer(s).

  21. The Winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the Winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize, if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the Winner and/or their guest acts in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in refused entry, or the Winner or their guest being required to leave the venue.


  1. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.

  2. The surnames and counties of the Corona Island Trip Prize winners will be available upon request by sending an email to within three months of the Close Date. Entrants to the Promotion can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry), object to all or some of their personal information being made available by emailing However, the Promoter shall provide the information upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).

  3. Any persons or households attempting to enter more than once per day by (including but not limited to) using multiple identities or addresses will be disqualified.

  4. Entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Incomplete or illegible entries together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be considered.

  5. The Promoter seeks to run fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry or entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. A Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.

  6. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the claim process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected claims.

  7. The Promoter, together with any associated agencies and companies, will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

  8. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these Terms & Conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

  9. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.

  10. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Website Privacy Policy and the Promotion Privacy Policy.

  11. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all circumstances in relation to the Promotion.

  12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Promotion as necessary due to unavoidable circumstances beyond its control make this necessary, but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimize the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.

  13. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

  14. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  15. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.

  16. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
