By entering this Promotion, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.

Eligibility:

  1. The Promotion is organised by AB InBev UK Limited T/A Budweiser Brewing Group (company number: 3982132), Bureau, 90 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1EN (the "Promoter").

  2. The Promotion is open to all residents of the Republic of Ireland, aged 18+, excluding employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, its associated agents or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of the Promotion.

  3. Purchase is necessary for entry. Please retain your original itemised till receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to claim their Prize. Internet access and a valid email address are required.

  4. Whilst we want you to enjoy this promotion, we discourage overconsumption. Please do not consume more product than the recommended ROI government guidelines. The Promoter encourages responsible drinking and would direct consumers to read https://www.drinkaware.ie for more information.

How to Enter:

  1. Purchase a participating pack of Corona (the "Participating Packs") listed in clause 7 above, with the promotion advertised on pack, from a participating store including Musgrave Group, Tesco and Others (the "Participating Retailers").

  2. Scan the QR code on pack or go online to corona-island.co.uk.

  3. Enter your full name and email address and select which Participating Retailer you purchased from (listed in clause 6 above) to entered into the promotion for the chance to win one of the All Retailers National Prizes. You will also be required to complete a test of skill.

  4. Entrants will have 30 seconds to answer the test of skill question correctly. Each entrant that selects the correct answer within the given timeframe will gain entry into the promotion.

  5. All valid entries within the promotion period will be entered into the All Retailers National Prize promotion.

  6. Entries are limited to one play per person per day. Prizes are limited to a maximum of one Prize per person. A person is defined by name, mobile number and email address and the combination needs to be unique to a single participant for a Prize claim to be valid.

All Retailers National Winner Selection:

  1. The entrant who answers the test of skill question in the quickest time will be the winner of the prize. Should more than one entrant share the quickest response time there will be a tie break. The winners of the tie break will be drawn at random by an automated computerised program under the supervision of an independent adjudicator. The tie break draw will be held within 5 working days of the close date of the Promotion. An appropriate amount of reserve winners will be selected at the time of the draw.

  2. The All Retailers National Prize winners will be contacted via email using the email address they submitted upon entry, within 7 days of the close date of the promotion. The winners will be required to respond to the winning email notification within 10 days of the email being sent in order to claim their Prize. If a winner does not claim their Prize, the Prize will be forfeited and will be reallocated to a reserve winner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

Retailer Specific Prize Selection:

  1. Consumers who purchase from either Musgrave Group or Tesco and enter within their chosen Retailer’s Specific Promotion Period will also have the chance to win a prize from the relevant retailer specific prize pool from the store group they purchased from and selected upon entry (the "Retailer Specific Prize").

  2. The entrants who answered the test of skill question in the quickest time will be the winner of the prizes from each relevant store group. Should more than one entrant share the quickest response time there will be a tie break. The tie break winners will be drawn at random by an automated computerised program under the supervision of an independent adjudicator. Retailer Specific Prizes:

  1. Musgrave Group
    1. 1 x Corona Island trip for 2 people. The Prize includes:
      1. The winner will win 1 x 7-night trip to Corona Island for themselves and one guest including transport, accommodation and meals.
      2. Corona Island is situated off the coast of Colombia, South America.
      3. The trip will take place in December 2025. Further details and exact date will be communicated to each winner at the time of their win notification.
    2. 1 x 5 night trip to Greece for winner and their guest (18+). The Prize includes:
      1. Transportation, accommodation, and meals.
      2. The trip will take place before 1st July 2026. Further details and exact date will be communicated to the winner at the time of their win notification.
  2. Tesco
    1. 1 x Corona Island trip for 2 people. The Prize includes:
      1. The winner will win 1 x 7-night trip to Corona Island for themselves and one guest including transport, accommodation and meals.
      2. Corona Island is situated off the coast of Colombia, South America.
      3. The trip will take place in December 2025. Further details and exact date will be communicated to each winner at the time of their win notification.

Corona Island Trip Terms and Conditions:

  1. Not all areas of the island are accessible for those with limited ability to walk or in wheelchairs.

  2. Due to the remote location, travel to and from the island is restricted to the use of boats, which may not be suitable for those with mobility conditions.

  3. The Winners must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.

  4. If the island cannot be reached due to adverse weather conditions, an alternative trip to Cartagena will take place.

  5. Due to the level of insurance premiums due to the limited medical facilities on the island, an additional $10,000 premium will be imposed on any Winner who is pregnant at the time of taking the Prize. Payment of the premium is the sole responsibility of the Winners. Alternatively, a Winner can opt to decline the Prize and no compensation or alternative prize will be offered.

  6. Certain parts of the Prize may require particular levels of health or fitness. Entrants should ensure that they are capable of meeting the required standards. Further details will be made available to the Winners prior to booking.

  7. The Prize will consist of an 8-day, 7-night trip for each winner and their guest and the Prize will be arranged by email/ phone between the Prize fulfilment agency and the Winners. The Prize fulfilment agency will make all reasonable efforts to provide the Winners with details of the Prize and an itinerary at the earliest possible opportunity. The Prize fulfilment agency will liaise with the Winners via telephone conversation initially to discuss the dates and all other elements of the trip that need to be arranged. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the Prize is organised. Once the Prize details including dates, locations and (where applicable) activities are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by the Winners.

Retailer Specific Trip Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Prizes will be arranged by email/phone between the prize fulfilment agency and the winners. The prize fulfilment agency will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winners with details of the prize at the earliest possible opportunity. Once the prize details including dates, travel and locations are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by a winner.

  2. All trips must be taken by 1st July 2026 however travel is excluded over Christmas, Easter and all UK and destination specific Bank Holidays. All requested travel dates are subject to availability at the time of booking. The winner should provide a minimum of 6 weeks' notice in order to arrange travel for the trip.

Further General Trip Terms and Conditions:

  1. Winners will be required to provide the name and details of their guest during the Winner Notification process.

  2. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prizes do not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.

  3. The Winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the holiday or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.

  4. If a Prize is cancelled or rejected by the Winner, no alternative Prize will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.

  5. All elements of the Prize package must be taken as part of the same trip.

  6. Guests must be over the age of 18 at the time of organising the Prize.

  7. The Winners must inform the Promoter of any dietary requirements or allergens for themselves and their guest by 4 weeks prior to taking their trip.

  8. The Winners and their guests will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the Winner and their guest. In the event that the Winners or their guest are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued and no compensation or other Prize will be provided.

  9. The Prize will be forfeited if:
    1. a Winner or their guest have not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;
    2. a Winner or their guest have any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling to, or within, the relevant trip destination; or
    3. a Winner or their guest have any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from accepting and participating in the Prize.

  10. It is the responsibility of the Winners and their guests to check any travel advisories issued by a Government, to determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the relevant destination. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any Winner or their guest arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by a Government. The Winners and their guests must comply with and are responsible for obtaining all information regarding any recommended inoculation or vaccination and obtaining the inoculation(s) or vaccination(s), including but not limited to Covid vaccinations, and health regulations, including but not limited to PCR tests, required to fly into the relevant trip destination country.

  11. Specified accommodation, restaurants and tours are subject to availability at the time of booking and will be confirmed during winner communications. Alternatives may be offered depending on availability.

  12. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how a prize is organised and at all times, the Promoter will have the discretion as to how to implement the Prize fulfilment.

  13. Return transfers from the Winner's home to the local international airport are not included.

  14. It will be the Winner's and their guest's responsibility to take out, at their own cost, all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.

  15. A valid credit or debit card may be required to check in to your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in-room calls or services.

  16. The Winner and their guest must abide by and are subject to the Airline's published Conditions of Carriage.

  17. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with the Promoter's/any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer(s).

  18. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests in connection with the use of any prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the prize or if a winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the venue.

General:

  1. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.

  2. The surnames and counties of the All Retailers National Prize winners will be available upon request by sending an email to coronaisland@promotions.uk.com three months of the Close Date. Entrants to the Promotion can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry), object to all or some of their personal information being made available by emailing coronaisland@promotions.uk.com. However, the Promoter shall provide the information upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).

  3. Any persons or households attempting to enter more than once per day by (including but not limited to) using multiple identities or addresses will be disqualified.

  4. Entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Incomplete or illegible entries together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be considered.

  5. The Promoter seeks to run fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry or entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. A Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.

  6. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the claim process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected claims.

  7. The Promoter, together with any associated agencies and companies, will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

  8. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these Terms & Conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

  9. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant's fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.

  10. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Website Privacy Policy and the Promotion Privacy Policy.

  11. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all circumstances in relation to the Promotion.

  12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Promotion as necessary due to unavoidable circumstances beyond its control make this necessary, but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.

  13. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

  14. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  15. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.

  16. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
